SHIPPING & ORDERS POLICY
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. However, due to Customs, we cannot guarantee that your product will not incur extra fees. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $99. We do offer overnight, 2-day and 3-day shipping at an additional charge.
- Please allow allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
- If your boots get shipped from our warehouse, it can take 5 to 7 business days for you to recieve your boots.
- We process orders for shipping no later than 1:00 pm CST Mon.-Fri. and Sat. until 10:00 am CST.
- It is our policy to ship all items together unless a product is on back order. We do have the option to wait to ship the order all together or in separate packing from different warehouses. This may cause delivery dates to be different.
- We do keep all items in stock on site or in our warehouses, so we do our best to keep orders from being placed on a back order status.
- The order demand or quantity demand can affect the product availability.
- If part of an order is on back order, we contact our customer either via email or phone call as soon as possible and at this time the option to wait or cancel is available.
- A product may suddenly run out of stock due to an unforeseen popularity or demand for it.
- Handmade products (HardhatGear leather goods, Rodbuster Chaps, etc.) may take longer to get in stock due to the fact that they are high quality manufactured with little to no machinery.
- The manufacturer may be out of stock on the item, once again, depending on the demand of the product
Timing of Order
- If the order was placed too late in the day to ship out (approx. 1:00 pm Central Standard Time) either that day or within 24-72 hours, it will be placed in processing the following business day.
- If the order was placed after 1:00 pm Monday - Friday, the order, if shipped UPS or FedEx will not be shipped until the next business day. *This also includes any major government holidays (Christmas, Thanksgiving, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, 4th of July, etc.)
- Please keep in mind that FedEx and UPS DO NOT pick up on the weekends.
- FedEx and UPS DO NOT count 'pick up day' as a business day. For Example, if you choose 2-day shipping and it was shipped Monday, your package will not arrive until Thursday.
- Please be aware we ship most orders in 24-48 hours. We do try to get expedited shipping out same day but depending on the item, it may ship out the next business day.
- If you are not sure, please give us a call and we can give you a better estimate of ship times and if the product is in stock or shipping from the warehouse.
For payment approval, your billing address must match the credit card's address on file with that bank and the correct CVV. If the order is flagged fraudulent, we will cancel the order.
We process orders within 2-3 business days, but depending on stock and availability, some orders may need longer to ship. Order cutoff time is 1 pm CST, Monday-Friday and 10 am on Saturday. For any orders placed after 1 pm, they will be processed the next business day.
Verify your address and information before you submit your order. We will not be responsible if your package is delivered incorrectly because of a mistake on your part.
For Express Orders...
Express orders require a processing time of 1-2 business days to process and ship depending on when the order was placed. Once the package ships, shipping times starts the next business day.
When your package leaves our possession, regardless of shipping method, we are not responsible for transit times due to customs clearance, weather, natural disasters, gov shutdowns, employee call-ins, lightning strikes that fry electrical systems, employee strikes, vehicle breakdowns, riots, Zombie Apocolypse, Armageddon, etc...
Please keep in mind that FedEx Express, UPS and DHS Do Not pick up or deliver on the weekends. If you place an order for overnight shipping on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, your package will not arrive until Tuesday.
Some items ship from our manufacturers and need an additional 24 hrs to process and ship for expedited orders.All international orders are subject to additional fees and taxes charged at the border. Ironworkergear is not responsible for these additional expenses.
Returns are gladly accepted as long as the product is new and never worn. We will refund you for the full price of the merchandise minus paid shipping expenses. The customer is responsible for shipping cost back to us unless it is our mistake.
If you have a warranty issue with your boots, we follow the manufacturer's warranty policy for each brand. Please contact us, and we will assist in this process. Warranty claims have a turn around time of 3-4 weeks.
