The Steel Blue Hobart Met: Bump Work Boot is a rugged 6″ pull-on safety boot engineered for demanding work environments where comfort, protection, and durability are essential. Built from premium distressed brown nubuck or cowhide leather, this boot delivers long-lasting performance with a supple feel that breaks in comfortably over time. Elastic side panels make getting in and out fast and easy, while the slip-on design adds convenience without compromising stability or support.
Safety is front and center with a hardened ErgoDefender™ steel toe cap rated to 200 joules for premium toe protection and an internal metatarsal guard to help shield the top of the foot from heavy impacts. A polyurethane bump cap is molded directly onto the midsole to protect the leather at the toe area from abrasion and scuffs—especially useful in work scenarios where kneeling or toe contact is common.
Underfoot comfort comes from Trisole® Comfort Technology, which cushions the feet, knees, hips, and lower back through multi-layer support, while strategically placed PORON® pads help absorb shock at key stress points. The TPU outsole offers strong resistance to slip, oil, cuts, abrasion, and heat up to 266 °F, with electrical hazard (EH) protection to help reduce risk around energized work conditions. Antibacterial and antimicrobial Fresche QuatLock™ lining helps control odor and keep the interior fresher over time.
